Strange Boat's David Barras is one of Scottish Screen's Lead Practitioners in Moving Image Education. Recruited in 2004 to promote and develop moving image education across Scotland, Strange Boat have worked on a wide range of educational initiatives across the country including producing the promotional film "21st Century Literacy". David also serves as a Committee member of MINTED, the Moving Image NeTwork EDinburgh.
